Customers find the product to be visually appealing once assembled, with some describing it as "very pretty" and a "great space saver." However, there are significant concerns regarding the assembly process, with many reviews highlighting difficult and unclear instructions, leading to extended build times. The quality of the materials is also a point of contention, with some customers describing it as "garbage" and "cheap looking," while others note that the bed itself is good quality despite assembly challenges.
