Customers appreciate the product's compact size, making it ideal for small spaces, and find it comfortable for seating and sleeping. Many reviewers highlight its good value for the price and ease of assembly, often requiring only the attachment of legs. However, a significant number of customers express disappointment with the size, noting it is smaller than advertised and more akin to a twin than a full-size bed. Opinions on comfort are generally positive, though some mention the mattress is thin and may require an additional topper for enhanced comfort. The product is generally considered to be of good quality for its price point.
