Customers generally praise the product's appearance, describing the balls as great, nice, amazing, pretty, and gorgeous. The size is also noted positively, with some finding them suitable for smaller tables. However, a significant concern is the weight, with many reviews indicating the balls are lighter than regulation, leading to disappointment for some users.
