Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting it looks exactly like the photo and elevates their space. The quality is described as nice and high, with some finding it durable and easy to vacuum. Reviewers also highlight the good value for the price. However, opinions on thickness are mixed, with some finding it thinner than expected and recommending a rug pad. The product is also noted as being lightweight and prone to slipping without a rug pad, though it is considered useful as a runner in areas like hallways and kitchens.
