Customers highly praise the product's exceptional quality, beautiful appearance, and remarkable sturdiness. Many reviewers find the chairs to be very comfortable, with some noting the soft upholstery and good back support. The color is generally well-received, with customers appreciating that it is as advertised. However, a few minor issues were mentioned, such as slight misalignment in wood joints and one instance where the cream color appeared more yellow than expected.
