Customers say

Customers appreciate the product for being very comfortable, convenient, and featuring a great design. They also note that it is easy to put together and offers a fair price. However, some experience issues with durability, specifically regarding the thin material on the arms and seat peeling over time, as well as a lack of proper lumbar support.
