It looks okay but the sofa was extremely long and crooked.It looks like they put different pieces together.Unfortunately I can’t return since it was an open box item.

Beautiful sofa, nice fabric bought for a lobby in an apartment complex. Would purchase again.

This is a review of wayfair and their failed deliver and multiple replacement part fails, not the couch itself- the couch was delivered with only 3 out of the 4 sections. Replacement part attempt 1- They said they were shipping a replacement part, but it would take a whole month to arrive. The date came and went with no delivery. Then they tried to tell me it was delivered, which is was not. It would have went to their delivery partner first and they would have called me to schedule white glove delivery (like they did for the original delivery). Replacement part attempt 2- they ordered another replacement part and said it would arrive on May 28th. I didn’t receive it on the 28th and never got any updates on the shipping, so I reached out to customer service again. Replacement part attempt 3- after reaching out to customer service again, customer service sent me a new confirmation email saying it would be delivered on May 31st. That’s today and it did not arrive and the tracking link doesn’t work or connect to anything. Replacement part attempt 4- currently texting with customer service again. I just want to stop wasting my time. With a piece of furniture that’s multiple thousands of dollars, I expect better treatment. Fingers crossed I get compensation of some kind at this point.
