Customers appreciate the rug's plush feel and attractive appearance, noting that it looks great in their living rooms and matches the online imagery. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it a lovely soft gray and others disappointed by a perceived purple hue or a matte solid gray instead of a silvery pattern. Additionally, several reviewers have experienced issues with the rug not lying flat, with curled corners persisting even after two months.
