Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and muted colors, noting that it is even prettier in person. The quality is frequently highlighted as excellent, with many reviewers describing the item as well-made and high-quality. The design is also well-received, complementing various decor styles. However, some customers express disappointment with the fabric, citing distracting lines or finding the back fabric to be of lesser quality, especially considering the price.
