Westfield Low Profile Wood Murphy Bed Chest with 6" Mattress

So happy we bought this! The design is beautiful and a great way to hide a guest bed. We are having a baby soon and plan on having lots of family visit so this has been a great investment piece. it’s a bit of a pain to assemble, the parts weren’t labeled or separated, it took a few hours to put together but we are really happy with it!

The product was as described and of great quality. The specifications were exact. The color was right on. The queen mattress was nice and thick. The Murphy Cabinet bed fit perfectly where we needed it. I would highly recommend this product.

The order came quickly -3 boxes. My friend and I put it together in about 4 hours. If I had done it alone it definitely would have taken longer and been extremely frustrating. It is a nice look an I was told it is comfortable to sleep in. My only complaint is nothing was labeled, and the screws all came in one bag ( so you had to separate all the different types and sizes). All things considered I am very satisfied.

Solid piece and exactly as described. Im happy I went with an iron that did not feel cheap. Assembly can be done with one person, but two is easier for some of the steps. The only thing that surprised me is there were no caps to cover the screws on the sides of the bed.

Love it for the office - guests say it's comfortable!

TLDR; don't buy this murphy bed. The product came obviously damaged, and after hours of assembling it only to find it doesn't close properly, Wayfair tried to play all sorts of games to avoid making a terrible situation for their customer right. Replacing the damaged part should have been a matter of course. Instead, Wayfair forced me to choose between replacing that part and giving me a partial refund for wasting my time. In addition to that, they tried to pawn me off on the manufacturer (AFI Furnishing) to avoid having to provide support for a product they sold me. Terrible customer service all around, and I'll never work with them again. As for the product itself, none of the parts in the box were labeled, and assembling it was a nightmare. I had to take it apart multiple times because parts that appeared identical were actually different, and needed to be in a specific arrangement in order for the bed to function properly. This would be fine if it was obvious which part was which, but you apparently need a product engineering degree in order to assemble this thing correctly the first time. The best thing I can say about this product is that it works, but even that came at such a cost to my time and sanity that I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. There are better retailers out there selling better products, and Wayfair hasn't done anything to earn any more of my money. You should save yours and look elsewhere.

Really good quality, comfortable and sturdy

Love the idea of a small cabinet instead of a huge wall bed. Saves space in a small room! We put it in our office and put the printer on top. You can’t go wrong. Clean lines and classy look.

Poor quality wood. It cracked after the first use by adults. I do not recommend.
