Customers find the product comfortable, with many appreciating its size for smaller spaces and its functionality. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding the cushions thin and lacking support, while others find it adequately comfortable. Assembly is frequently described as difficult due to poor instructions, though some users found it easy. The size is generally praised for fitting well in apartments, but some reviewers felt it was smaller than expected. Quality is a point of contention, with some praising its sturdiness and others citing cheap materials and poor construction. The product is generally considered a good value for its price, especially for temporary use or in smaller living areas.
