Sofa Bed Frame No Box Spring Needed

The good: It is unique and is exactly what my daughter was looking for. The under bed drawers roll out easily. The bad: Probably the worst assembly directions that I've ever read. I just tossed them and figured it out on my own after a while. There was also damage to some of the wood inside the headboard but didn't affect the overall use.

The bed looks good. It took about an hour to put together. The quality is cheap and the drawers are very flimsy.

The build quality is poor. Fabric is poorly stapled to the drawers, already peeling off. During the assembly I discovered the holes for the drawer components were either not drilled properly, or the cam bolts are not long enough, making it next to impossible to fasten the drawer fronts to the sides (will need to reinforce with brackets). I am missing 2 bolts, causing me to drive around to 3 different hardware stores to try and find replacements (still unsuccessful). The hardware not properly labelled, and there are 5 or 6 different bolts that are similar looking, making the assembly needlessly complicated (generally terrible instructions: diagrams don't match up with parts, bolts are labelled with half imperial / half metric making the missing parts hard to track down - hardware store had to help me figure out which bolts I need which do not correspond with the instructions, etc). Very frustrating experience, and I'm stuck with a half put together bed.

Great purchase - fits well, looks good!

Took quite some time and a power screw gun to assemble. Looks nice with a 10” mattress.
