In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. It won't turn off, and it isn't allowing me to change colors, which is a bummer. Thankfully, it stopped working on a color I like, so it's not a huge issue, but it would be nice to be able to change colors. Solid bed frame. Some of the prescribed screw holes aren’t tight so the frame pieces aren’t tight but that was fixable with some wood glue and clamps. Instructions say it takes 45 minutes to assemble which is laughable. For one person allow at least two hours. Otherwise instructions are relatively clear.
