Customers find the product to be comfortable and visually appealing, with many appreciating its appearance and sturdiness. The metal legs are noted as being solid. Positive feedback also highlights the available storage space. However, concerns have been raised regarding the product's durability, with reports of fabric pilling and issues with the legs not supporting weight adequately. Some customers also find the cushions to be very firm.
