Customers appreciate the generous size of this product, with many noting it is "huge" and "massive," fitting their needs perfectly. The comfort level is also frequently highlighted, with reviewers describing it as "comfortable and soft." However, there are concerns regarding durability, as some customers have experienced the product sinking in the middle after a relatively short period of ownership.
