Great sofa! So big and comfortable, but doesn't look slouchy. I love the extra ottoman that can be moved around. We had a couple pieces broken on arrival due to getting crushed during shipping. Wayfair was great about send replacement pieces pretty quickly.

Beware for those considering assembly service! My issue is with Wayfair's assembly partner Handy. I have scheduled this appointment three times and three times Handy cancelled with less than an hour's notice. When I set up the delivery, I'm informed that if I cancel within 24 hrs I pay anyway yet they to cancel with less than an hour's notice after confirming twice? That's not right. Each time I have scheduled the assembly I have received a confirmation of the appointment at the time of booking, and a 2nd confirmation "Get Excite for your Wayfair furniture assembly!". Why would Wayfair/Handy confirm an appointment twice without securing the service? Extremely misleading. Wayfair should expect more from their 3rd party partners

Great modular couch at a fair price. The multi piece design made it easy to bring this into a basement and set up. Looks are great, too. Comfort is alright, a little on the firmer side. I would purchase again.

Overall the couch is nice. The color is a very nice color - not too light, not too dark and it goes well with general decor. Assembly was fairly easy for something that is so large. Cons would be that the bottom (seat) cushions do not have a removable cover as it is sewn into the base so I will not be able to remove and wash. The seat back cushions are removable, but the filling is fairly soft so it does not fill out the shape of the cushion as I would like.

Solid, holding up well in a busy house TV area, a little stiff (really my only complaint), otherwise delivery was flawless and it looks really nice. Happy with it. 

Great product. Good size for big family, comfortable even after first assembly, seems like it will get even more comfortable over time too. Easy assembly and great service on delivery. Good experience all around.

The sectional is fabulous...it fits the living room area, providing entertainment, conversation & relaxation.
