Customers find the product to be a good value, with many praising its appearance and sturdiness. The size is frequently mentioned as being perfect for smaller spaces and entryways. However, assembly is a significant concern for many, with numerous reviews detailing difficulties due to misaligned holes, tight spaces for tools, and a time-consuming process. Some customers also noted that the color is darker than depicted in product photos.
