Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and find it easy to assemble. Many reviewers highlight the sturdiness and comfort of the seating. The quality is frequently mentioned as good for the price. However, some customers noted that the stools might be too high for their counters and that the seats are quite firm. There were also isolated comments about predrilled holes not lining up and some minor damage upon arrival.
