Customers find the product visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and a great addition to their homes. Some reviewers also praise its good quality and ease of assembly. However, there are recurring concerns regarding the quality of components, with multiple customers reporting issues such as scratched or chipped surfaces, stripped screws, and drawers that do not close correctly. Durability is also a concern, with some finding the pieces delicate and the console too light to resist movement, suggesting mounting may be necessary.
