Customers are pleased with the product's size, noting it comfortably seats eight and is ideal for various spaces. The sturdiness of the item is also frequently praised, with reviewers describing it as strong and easy to set up. However, there are consistent negative comments regarding the color, which customers report is not as pictured and often has a light gray tint instead of the expected black or brown.
