Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance, high quality, and excellent value, noting it looks luxurious and is worth the price. The table is described as solid and elegant. However, the product is very heavy, which can make assembly challenging and requires assistance. Some reviews mention potential staining and the need for immediate spill cleanup, as well as issues with parts not lining up during assembly, though customer service was helpful in resolving these.
