30'' Wide 2 -Drawer Steel File Cabinet

This cabinet is a terrible product. The company doesn’t do any QA on these items (see photos). It was delivered to me so badly damaged that it didn’t even fit in the box. This was not due to damage from shipping, rather the way it was packaged to begin with. Was also missing handles and keys. Terrible product. Shoutout to Wayfair for making it right.

Arrived entirely damaged in the box. Wayfair wouldn’t refund. Waste of money.

The file cabinet arrived with heavily damaged packaging, which is typical for WAYFAIR and is now what we have come to expect. The file cabinet was not damaged except for some paint that was rubbed off on one side, near the bottom. The drawer pulls are missing, and the keys, and the file rails. There must be some serious systemic issues with WAYFAIR’s order fulfillment, shipping, and quality control processes.

Nice solid construction. A little trouble attaching one of the handles. It wasn’t threaded properly. Reached out to Wayfair and they had the manufacturer send out a replacement handle right away.

Bought it and regret it. Flimsy, arrived dented and was offered a discount by customer service. I paid extra for assembly and they did a horrific job. Not worth it even at 50 off . A piece of junk . Nothing fits and nothing works properly. I never write a bad review but this time I couldn’t help myself.

Delivered as expected, condition as expected, love the UPS was the deliverers

Fits my space perfectly. The color is as described and perfect for my area. Drawers open easily. Only set-up required was to level - easy. Now my workspace is complete.
