Pillow-Soft Executive High-Back Chair merges whole-body support with an authoritative presence. It delivers the ergonomic support you need throughout the day with the plush cushioning that makes sitting more comfortable than ever. One of HON's most popular seating solutions, Pillow-Soft features a thick, high-resiliency seat cushion with a top layer of memory foam to relieve pressure points. The back is densely padded with fiber-fill and features a lumbar-cradling recess for the lower spine. Together, the seat and back deliver optimal comfort for users up to 300 lb. Tufted, gathered upholstery looks substantial and professional. This high-back chair also provides customizable comfort to fit any user. While the padded seat and arms create a luxurious feel, the center-tilt recline control uses tilt tension to allow you to achieve the most comfortable reclining posture. Hard casters on the five-star base and 360-degree swivel allow you to move in any direction throughout your work space.
