My clients do like the chair. It is nice and firm. Its nice to lounge in and watch TV I personally dont really like the back and that its supported by one center being I also dont like that when its fully extended, it hangs over the back of the chair and when its put away, it sits. Inward of the chair, leaving some of the back exposed, it just doesnt look very pretty either way. I covered it for the client with a blanket and decided it would work because of the price point.. Overall, pleased. It serves it's purpose. What I did not find pleasing: no cushioning between the black cover and the wood. You feel it. Assembling this took some time. The cover is not made of great quality, the wrinkles from packaging are refusing to come out. Makes it look cheap. What I am pleased about: the size-height, length, it works well. It is fairly light, easy enough to move around. Does not take up too much space in my bedroom. The curvature works well. The cover is removable, easy cleaning. Overall, I like it.
