Customers praise the product for its comfort and attractive appearance, noting its clean look and solid build. However, many express disappointment with the quality and durability, citing issues like sagging cushions, loose threads, and structural breaks after a relatively short period of use. Some reviewers also mention that the color may appear different in person than online.
