Customers find this product to be very useful, especially for outdoor use, and appreciate its perfect color match with existing furniture. Many also consider it a good value, particularly when purchased at a discounted price. However, some customers expressed disappointment, feeling the product was not what they expected and was simply a cup holder without compatible chairs.
