Customers find the product visually appealing, with many appreciating its appearance and style. The chairs are generally considered comfortable and easy to assemble. However, there are significant concerns regarding the material, with many customers disappointed that the chairs are made of plastic and metal rather than wood, as they had expected. The size of the chairs is also a frequent point of criticism, with numerous reviewers finding them too small, resembling children's chairs. Quality is another area of concern, with some customers reporting issues such as screws coming loose, wobbly legs, and a generally cheap feel.
