Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many praising its gorgeous appearance and how it looks even better than pictured. The storage drawers are also highlighted as a significant benefit, especially for those in smaller living spaces. However, several customers reported difficulties with assembly, citing unclear instructions and misaligned parts. Some also noted that the wood material felt less premium than expected for the price.
