Customers find these chairs to be very comfortable and of good quality, with a pleasing appearance. While many reviewers found assembly to be straightforward and easy, a significant number experienced challenges, citing unclear instructions, missing steps, and time-consuming processes. Some customers also noted issues with parts not fitting flush and the rocking motion being limited. Overall, the product is considered a good value for the price.
