Customers praise the product for its stylish retro design, beautiful colors, and compact size that fits well in small spaces. They also appreciate how easy it is to assemble. However, opinions on comfort and durability are mixed, with many noting that the backrest is stiff and hard, requiring throw pillows. Some customers reported fragile construction and broken support boards after minimal use.
