Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, high quality, and sturdy construction. Many note that it looks high-end, adds great style to the room, and offers wonderful value for the price. While assembly is generally straightforward, some mention that screw holes can be misaligned. Additionally, customers point out that a box spring or extra support is needed, as the limited slats are insufficient for the mattress.
