This is a great basic cabinet. We wanted something with a different color background. We took out the existing black padded background, added 1 4 cork tiles and covered it all in red pool table grade felt before mounting our dart board inside the cabinet. I would recommend adding cork backing because darts will bounce off the padded backing it comes with. Hanging it was a little tricky, and definitely needs 2 people. The storage area in the cabinet was a big selling point for us. The size is perfect. We also added a battery operated picture light above for a little character. Love that we can close the doors just have the wood displayed. This is a great basic cabinet that is easily able to be transformed into a custom piece to match any decor.. Colleen. Let me start off by saying I am no MVG. But this board makes me feel like I’m playing in the pros. Started off and the packaging is sleek and sexy. Installing the board was a breeze with the included instructions and the Leveltech Stabilizers. Even on my very uneven wall the board stays solid, and that’s without even a stud to go into on the back. The colors pop which makes it even easier when I’m going for a 180. After just playing with the Rota-X system it’s going to be very easy to rotate when my triple 20 gets too worn out. Overall it’s a great board for a cheap price compared to what you are getting..
