Beautiful quality and super comfy!

This is my first time with Wayfair, excellent process here and I exchanged a sofa! Dave in sales saved the sale here when the first sofa was disappointing. I luv my Bryce Flexsteel sofa today!

Beautiful love seat! Looks better in person than online. The delivery guys were great also. Very prompt and courteous. Very easy process from ordering to delivery.

This was the perfect purchase for our cabin. This furniture is beautiful and comfortable! The delivery and set up service was amazing!

Its hard to put into words how disappointed I am with wayfair and flexsteel. The other reviews must be fake, or those reviewers were sent something totally different than what I received. I bought 2 of these, and it was a huge mistake. They are crooked, misaligned badly, and terribly uncomfortable. Very poor quality. The seats are so hard that its almost like sitting on a wooden chair. Im 511, 180 lbs, and when sitting on the seat, my right thigh is flush with the armrest, and my left thigh is above the console. Its like youre sitting ON the loveseat instead of IN the seat. Every time you recline or decline, the bottom seat straps are caught on the reclining mechanism underneath, and as the motor runs, the seat straps are caught, stretched, and when they break free from the metal arm, theres an audible creaking noise than you can hear and feel in the seat. Every seat, every time. In time, this will result in the strap being severed and the seat material becoming loose and not secured. Its hard to believe that these left the flexsteel factory with these flaws. I cant keep them with all the issues they have. To add insult to injury, wayfair is going to keep 400 dollars of my purchase for return shipping. So, Im going to be out 400 and have no living room furniture for the Memorial Day weekend. This is by far the worst purchase Ive ever made. This was my first try with wayfair and flexsteel, and unfortunately, my last. Hard lesson learned.

These are the most beautiful couches I ever seen and so comfortable!!!! We got the lighter brown. I wanted a very rustic look, that’s what I got! We got end tables to match.

I love this loveseat recliner and the quality is wonderful. I have never been disappointed with Wayfair and use it as my first resource when looking for anything for my home.
