Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I ordered the king size so we have a portable bed for camping. It's so big, but I like it. I do recommend following the instructions to let the bed air out before use (at least a couple of days). It fluffed up twice in size after we laid it out. The pillow part is separate from the bedding and there's a zipper to attach the two pieces. The fabric is very soft and comfortable.
