The titanium coating on these barrels throws off an iridescent shift as they turn under the light, which is not a finish you often see on a tungsten dart. Deep shark fin ridges are cut through it, so the grip bites even though the barrel is machined smooth and aerodynamic elsewhere. At 90 percent tungsten the barrel can be machined thin without losing any of its weight. Sized for electronic dartboards as well as most sisal boards, so it suits league play or a garage setup.
