Customers praise the product for its appealing appearance, soft material, compact size, and easy assembly. Many find the size ideal for small spaces and spare rooms. However, opinions regarding comfort are mixed, with several reviewers noting that the cushions and pull-out bed are very firm and require a mattress topper for better sleep.
