Customers appreciate the product's compact size, which fits well in small spaces, and its ease of assembly. The color is also a positive point for some, blending well with decor. However, opinions are mixed regarding sturdiness, with some finding it reasonably sturdy for lighter pots, while others feel it is not solid enough for heavier plants. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance and color, noting that the advertised gold is more of a mustard yellow and the finish is matte rather than metallic.
