Customers find the product easy to install and appreciate its functionality in keeping rain away from doorways and windows. Many consider it a good value for the price. However, opinions on durability are mixed, with some finding it durable and others experiencing issues with it bending easily or being blown away by wind. The size is also a point of contention, with some finding it perfect and others wishing it were larger or smaller.
