It has two large fixed round wire basket shelves, a trash ring, a removable pot rack, and three towel bars. This prep table features a chop and drops technology, which consists of a built-in juice groove that channels all liquids to a stainless steel chef pan. The cut-out in block surface allows for the collection of juices, the quick storage of vegetables and meats and the fast and easy disposal of cut-offs and waste. This prep table rolls on locking wheels, offering easy mobility.
