Customers praise the product for its easy assembly, solid sturdiness, good quality, and great value for the price. They appreciate the real wood construction and storage space. However, many customers express negative opinions regarding the accuracy of product representation, noting that the advertising photos are misleading because they show a headboard and side rails that are not included.
