Customers find the product to be sturdy and of good quality, with a beautiful design that enhances their entryway. The storage capacity is also highlighted as a positive feature. However, some reviewers noted minor blemishes in the wood and that the workmanship could be improved for the price. The color of the stain may also appear more reddish than expected.
