Customers find this product to be very comfortable and appreciate its attractive appearance and high quality. The mobility provided by the wheels is a convenient feature for many, and the colors are generally well-received. However, some users note that the wheels do not lock, which can lead to unwanted movement, and there is a desire for connectors to keep the pieces together.
