Customers find the product to be a beautiful and elegant statement piece, with many complimenting its stunning appearance. However, there are significant concerns regarding the accuracy of product representation, with several reviewers noting that the color and finish differ from online images. Some customers received items that were silver instead of champagne or gold, or a pewter, greenish-grey frame.
