Please note: If the upper hole on the side of the chair is facing outward, this is not a manufacturing defect. Simply reverse the chair seat as demonstrated in the video on the product page to resolve the issue.
Chair Installation Details: Two people work together to align the back of the chair with the leg bracket and install the screws. Note that the screws only need to be tightened to 70%. Tighten the pull rod on the back of the chair and adjust the length to the appropriate position to tighten the back material of the chair. Align all holes and tighten the screws to 100%
