If you want better burn times, better flavor, and better smoke, the Rockwood All Natural Hardwood Apple Wood Chunks 2 Pack is ready for you to fire up the smoker and show off. These all-natural Missouri wood chunks are 1.5-2.0 inches in size and are perfect for any smoker type or size. With these chunks, you won't have to worry about any critters or mold because they're carefully heat-treated and kiln-dried. These pellets are dry and dense and don't require soaking for a quick toss straight in the smoker. These apple-flavored wood chunks are great for cooking beef, ham, ribs, poultry, or anything else you want to smoke. You'll get mellow, fruity, sweet, and often a mix of hickory, cherry, and other smokier woods for a mouth-watering combination of flavors.
