Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and solid, heavy construction, noting its sturdiness and high quality. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, which is often described as darker or more gray than depicted in photos. Some customers also express disappointment with the material, feeling the finish appears plastic-like and not like real wood.
