Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, sturdy construction, good overall quality, and the convenience of arriving fully assembled. Many find the seating comfortable and stylish, noting that it complements their tables well. However, customers have mixed opinions about comfort, with several reporting that the rattan cane can feel prickly, fray, or cause poking, leading some to recommend adding seat cushions.
