Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and modern design of this product, noting that it looks great and functions well, with shoes being hidden for a less cluttered look. However, assembly is frequently cited as a difficult and time-consuming process, with issues such as misaligned pre-drilled holes requiring modifications. Opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it as pictured and others noting discrepancies from online images.
