Customers generally find the product to be visually appealing, with many appreciating its appearance and how it complements their space. However, there are significant concerns regarding the assembly process, with frequent reports of broken or poor-quality hardware, misaligned parts, and unclear instructions. Durability and overall quality are also frequently criticized, with customers experiencing issues like crumbling screws and damaged components. While some reviewers note the product's sturdiness, the prevalence of negative feedback on assembly and quality suggests a mixed customer experience.
