Customers find the product to be beautiful and sturdy, with many receiving compliments. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, with some finding it darker than pictured and others noting it's more of a light oatmeal than cream. There are also mixed reviews on the value and quality, with some considering it a great purchase while others feel it is overpriced and cheaply made. The decorative back inlay is noted as being plastic rather than wood.
